Returns & Exchanges

At Carve Designs, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, download it, and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
